About the Sinfothek
Between Human, Science and Technology
The Sinfothek develops digital tools around the Association Experiment, connecting scientific foundations with contemporary application.
The Idea behind Sinfothek
Associations connect worlds
Associations create connections between memories, feelings, thoughts, and experiences.
The Sinfothek develops tools that make these connections visible and capture them on scientifically grounded basis.
In this way, bridges emerge between people, science, and new fields of application.
Founding
Who is behind the Sinfothek?
Christa Futscher
The Sinfothek was founded by Christa Futscher.
View CVAs a training analyst and lecturer at C.G. Jung Institute Zurich she has been working with the association experiment and its scientific foundations for many years.
In her clinical practice and in her seminars, however, it became clear time and again how demanding the administration, documentation, and analysis of the experiment can be. Many steps are still carried out manually and require a high level of concentration as well as additional organizational effort.
Out of the conviction that this established method deserves contemporary digital support, the idea for Sinfothek was born.

Outlook
The future of the Association Experiment
The goal is to make the method accessible in a contemporary way, support its use in research,
teaching, and practice, and open up new areas of application.
To achieve this, Sinfothek continues to develop its app and is looking for collaborations that carry the
Word Association Experiment into new disciplines and fields of application.
Collaboration
Let's think further together
Do you have an idea, a project, or an interest in working together?
I welcome new perspectives and exchange around the Word Association Experiment. Let's connect
worlds — together.
